Intermodal Transit Hub

The project aims to integrate the existing bus station and railway station at Himmatnagar to form an Intermodal Transit Station. The proposed design combines an openly accessible urban park with the transit station. Proximity to the residential area, street market and commercial area will help in increasing the footfall of the urban park, thus making it a public space. The design facilitates ease of movement for all users, buses and private vehicles, thus resolving existing movement conflicts.
