The design aims to combine the bus station and railway station into a multimodal transit hub in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. To convert it into a public space, a plaza is designed throughout the design. These spaces correspond to the functions surrounding them. Hence, they enhance the experience of waiting by creating a pause and make the transit hub a space enjoyed by the people.

Case studies to understand the movement of different modes of transport with respect to pedestrian movement, and the organization of functional spaces in an intermodal transit hub.
