“Utthaan” means edify. The centre aims to revive latent skills of the community. The people of community started situated in Asarwa because of textile mills, which brought prosperity in their life. When these mills stared shutting down they lost their job, and the skills on which this workers are hired on became latent. The precious mass of human resource is lying silent, indulge into low-income side business. The textile centre in Asarwa brings new life to this abandoned industrial area. The centre aims to provide the community with platform where they can earn money and respect with proper infrastructure for the textile work.
