Urban Oasis : Enhancing spatial experience of Bhadra .

The aim of the project is to reimagine the existing market by developing a space which can form the node for commercial and social activities creating better user experience. The program is carved out for adversely affected stakeholders, gentrification and congestion of Bhadra Plaza. The principles of occupying and connecting is considered while reimaging the pathways along the stretch and allocating spaces for informal sector. The edges, scales, movement is established by activating the central plaza and creating a thoroughfare between two sides of the plaza whilst creating subterranean structure to allow visual access from Bhadra fort to Teen Darwaza.
