THE MEMORY PLACE

 The design intervention carves its path to provide humans the experiences in relation to the water through various processes - both industrial and natural filtration. The design looks at blurring the boundaries and bringing people together with the same interests demonstrating the processes at the various scales which could be implemented at residential institutional and societal levels. The design is placed at the core of the city "Bhopal water treatment plant" which has changed its role over time from a water treatment plant to only a distribution centre. The site is well connected to major sources of water through the city and intervention uses the network at its best and recycles water to demonstrate a treatment that could be done at various scales and promote the same at the societal level and individual level.
