PROJECT: BUNGALOW SCHEME IN PATAN

Plumbing Design Studio is a great studio/subject to learn. This studio revolves around consumption and conservation of water resources but efficiently. This studio focuses on the understanding the importance of water. Initial House Plumbing exercise helped us to understand and get familiar with the various existing plumbing systems being used in our homes daily. Whether it be technical, practical or theories. We got a good hold of National Building Code NBC (Bible of Plumbing). Next exercise was to understand and do a in-depth study of various topics which enhanced our knowledge in Plumbing and helped us in our Final assigned projects. We were able to be a part of multiple site visits to Astral, Cera, Jaquar & GIFT City. These site visits cleared the concepts of STP and helped us get to know various pipes, fixtures and fittings. The Final assigned project was a culmination and implementation of the understanding of the concepts and theories till now. With the help of NBC, we were able to do practically possible calculations which is a step beyond the theoretical ones. Finally, we had to make a working model which helped us improve and develop model making skills and abilities and real life application of the concepts.  Click here for Studio Report .
