The site is a Shopping mall  at Chennai which experienced a very poor foot fall during the pandemic and majority of the spaces inside the mall went abandoned. The site has a good potential because of its prime location and densely populated residential zones surrounding it. Various research has been carried out to propose a perfect function to the space.
Food Tunes is an Unique Fine Dine restaurant that creates a Fine-Dine experience with soulful Indian music. The idea is to create a food experience space that reflects the diverse food culture and tastes of India in a single plate.
