Urban Freight Management- Mahesana, Ahmedabad

This portfolio showcases the studio work done during the 2nd semester of Master in Urban Transport Systems at CEPT University during the Summer 2022 session. The scope of this portfolio is limited to the work done by the author during group work; thus it is focused on Urban Freight.  The first section of this portfolio illustrates the regional context of the study area, demography and economic base, and major activity generating nodes. The second section, therefore, includes the analysis of existing freight movement and issues. Strategies and policy-level recommendations are proposed to ensure efficient and sustainable freight management in the study area.
