Besides its functional use of storing and providing water to other facilities on site, this water tower becomes a rejuvenator, allowing you to look at the surrounding from a higher viewpoint. Moving up the tower, you disconnect yourselves from the activities happening on the ground. Openings in between help you see how far you have reached and still prompt you to reach the top and get yourself delivered to the sky. Four residence units in between become the living core of the water tower, adding life to this operational building. The staircase takes you up to the terrace, which wide opens to the sky making it possible to organize different activities on the top.
