TOWARDS THE WELLNESS

The design evokes the potential relationship between the old and the new through its core idea of creating a binary between them. That means both are the same from the outside but inside, both have their own experience in terms of the materiality, structure, and skin still they are well interconnected with each other. Further, the core focus is to enhance the value of the existing building by making it a foyer or entrance of the entire center so that the designed building will act as a temporary pause for visitors with a strong sense of receiving, making pauses, and releasing to the existing building. 
 Here, the roof has been explored to enhance that movement by making the inverse roof of the existing building which creates the volumetric expression.
