Food as a catalyst for transformation.

 Food is one of the most celebrated asset in the old city of Ahmedabad with food markets, stalls and food as a part of social dining or destination areas.  Major areas in the old city have great influence of food on them. Taking two such examples from the old city, the proposal aims at redeveloping the Bhatiyaar gali and Manek chowk areas with a tied experience on Gandhi road.
