A QUATER MILE DISTRICT | TRANSIT DRIVEN TRANSFORMATION

The project is an example of how a transit driven district with efficient last mile connectivity can function. It has two major things at it's core, which is the two major anchors of transformation; one is the transit interchange at the junction to cater the floating population and their spillovers. Another one is the interface between city and institution, which acts as a typological street for the district. The rest of the envisioned development can happen as per the market trends or population demand. It can be in a form of private apartments, rentals or institution, commercial facilities.
