The project aims to question the different regulation, acts, and policies.  It also challenges how different Urban policies are been regulated in the city of Mumbai and one  could question them through proposing the utopian vision by comparing the problems at city level to the site level. How as an Urban designer one could propose  different relationships between the built and open and observe the difference once regulations come into picture.  The comparison also shows how drastically change the built form and the nature of the open spaces that it caters to.
