AWAS- housing, ENCLAVE- city within a city.The mass housing project aims at considering the diverse entities and their quick changing needs and mindsets, providing oppurtunities to people and empowering them, thus making an inclusive soiciety that is capable of func- tioning by itself. The open spaces, green and common aminities have been the utmost priori- ty in this project, which acts as a unique selling proposition, not just benefitting the developer, but the residents too, by creating a sence of community and belonging.
