The idea is to make an ‘Urban Activator’ that can positively impact the surrounding by providing various opportunities for different kinds of commercial shops, restaurants, and businesses to come. Which can provide a stay for middle and lower-income groups, which need to stay connected with the city and major transportation services. Creating an impact on the neighborhood, hoping that new projects emerge out of this one and the city center can be again activated with newer and better development, positively impacting the stagnant area.
