Castle by Modular Group

Castle by Modular Group is a residential mass housing project constructed using system formwork. For this project study of core and shell activity and the basics of basement construction are highlighted. Study shows the planning and analysis of various aspects of construction, like selecting construction technology, formwork planning, slab cycle planning, safety hazard and its control method, reinforcement planning, site infrastructure layout, productivity analysis, and basics of basement construction. This study mainly focuses on planning, optimization of resources and analysis. All studies were done by referring and visiting similar projects.
