Elevate 11: Mass Housing by Monolithic Construction

This is a mass housing project that includes 11 towers built using monolithic construction technology. The project aims to provide affordable and comfortable housing to a large number of people in an urban area. It is ensured that the project meets all building codes and safety standards.
Planning of various construction activities such as formwork, equipment and machinery, construction methods, logistics, etc., was studied by visiting a reference mass-housing project site throughout the semester. Other concepts such as productivity of manpower and equipment, diaphragm wall construction, reinforcement calculations and hazard analysis were also explored and studied in detail.
