Precast Pioneers Plant: Precast Technology

Precast Pioneers Plant is a precast production plant and Thrift Homes is a residential mass housing project. It began by the need of studying mass housing and precast plant in a given timeline with appropriate planning and designing of moulds in the given time. The project involved quantifying the number of elements required and creating a time cycle for production in 3D with calculation, production cost, and logistic management. The productivity calculation of particular activity, equipment, logistic management, safety hazards identification and prevention, quality issues at the site, and challenges in basement construction with soil nailing techniques is to be done.
