The Castle: By Modular Formwork System

"The Castle" is a mass housing project which is constructed by using modular formwork system. The process began by studying different types of formwork systems which are currently prevailing for mass housing and then designing the modular formwork system on the project. Further Concrete pour plan, bar-bending schedule, Site infrastructure layout, basement with diaphragm wall, Plant & Machineries and project schedule were planned for the project. Apart from the planning process, General Design Guidelines were referred along with safety hazard analysis, control chart for concrete and productivity studies for slab cycle and construction equipment were done for the project.
