High Rise Commercial Building

The studio focused on the execution phase of the construction project. An under construction project was selected to conduct the various deliverables. The areas of analysis and understanding were related to Planning and Scheduling, Quality Management, Material Management, Contract Administration and Lean Construction. The practical experience of frequently visiting the site and meeting various personnel enriched our knowledge. Several tools and techniques related to site management were applied to the selected project. Along with acquiring knowledge from the current practices, a critical view point is also focused upon. Studio enabled us to widen our vision for the future construction technologies.
