HIGH RISE MIXED USE PROJECT

The project undertaken for the current study of studio 2 is a high-end mixed-use real estate project spread over a plot area of 15,119 sqm with a total built-up area of 1,03,005 sqm and total 5 towers (3 Towers - 2B+G+21, 2 Towers - 2B+G+20). The studio aims to study the execution and monitoring phase of a construction project by studying the application of various materials, quality management tools, lean construction concepts, and technical processes followed at a construction site. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the construction project execution, monitoring, and control, which can benefit individuals and organizations involved in similar construction projects.
