High Rise Residential Project

For our academic Studio II Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control (CPEMC), we have focused on the study of a High-Rise Residential Project (B+G+14,) consisting of 3-4 BHK ultra-luxurious apartments. The studio project is aimed to cover the fundamentals of the execution process, suggesting areas of improvement, studying the quality-related aspects on-site, and tracking the project so that any delay related to time and cost can be identified. In this studio, we carried out exercises like Pre-construction activities, 3D Site layout visualization using Revit, Planning & scheduling (Pour planning), Earned value analysis using Primavera software as well as risk management through Primavera Risk Analyser software, Material management, Quality management, Understood & analyzed the use & effect of implementing lean tools & concepts like Value stream mapping (VSM), Foreman Delay Survey (FDS), Mistake Proofing and also studied the details of the contract in Contract administration Exercise.
