For this Construction Project Execution Monitoring and Control Studio, a residential high-rise tower project with an estimated 220 crore expenditure was selected. Regular site visits and interaction with local stakeholders allowed for the practical study of several execution process-related subjects. The objective is to get a complete grasp of controlling and monitoring procedures and how they are applied on-site, as well as to learn the principles of project execution. Additionally, it is intended to identify areas for improvement to make the project more effective, efficient, and cost-effective. Review and analyze project data on a regular basis, including cost reports, schedule updates, and quality control reports, to track development and spot any patterns or problems. This will enable you to decide how best to manage and modify the project so that it can achieve its objectives.
