High Rise Residential Tower Project

The studio focuses on the implementation of building projects, and a residential project with an estimated cost of 220 crores Indian rupees that is now under construction was chosen for analysis and evaluation from the perspective of the construction manager. Through regular site visits and interaction with project stakeholders, a practical awareness of a range of challenges related to the implementation of a project was achieved. Among the topics covered in the portfolio are  Formwork planning, Material Management, Inventory Management, Triple role concept, Mistake Proofing . The goal is to fully understand monitoring and controlling systems and their accompanying on-site implementations by studying the principles of the construction phase, and to take corrective measures to make the study impactful.
