Sports Complex

The Studio-II Construction Project, Execution, Monitoring, and Control Studio examines and monitors the different processes involved in the construction phase of a project. The Sports Complex project was chosen as a case study for analysis. This phase of the project life cycle is critical and encompasses important areas such as pre-construction activities, site layout analysis in both 2D and 3D, planning and scheduling, earned value and risk management implementation, material management, quality management, and the application of lean construction tools. The portfolio for this studio covers topics such as material management, the use of lean tools like value stream mapping and mistake proofing, and earned value management.
