Sports Complex

Studio-II Construction Project, Execution, Monitoring, and Control Studio deals with analyzing and observing the various processes of the construction phase in a Project. As a part of the study, the Sports Complex project was chosen for the analysis. The construction phase is the most important phase of the project life cycle, the major areas of this phase such as pre-construction activities, analyzing site 2D & 3D layouts, planning and scheduling, implementing earned Value & risk management, material management, quality management, and implementation of various lean construction tools on various activities are studied. The topics covered in this portfolio include material management, the application of lean tools (value stream mapping and mistake proofing), and earned value management.
