G+10 Hotel building with long span

I was given a G+10 Hotel building to analyse and design located in seismic zone-5. This building have a dining hall at Ground floor in which I wasnt allowed to put columns. Also above dining hall I was not allowed to place floating columns. So i was having Long span as irregularity. We have to understand the behaviour of the building under different load conditions (for eg, under gravity and earthquake). The design is earthquake governed design. 2 beams, 4 columns (both in X & Y direction), & 1 footing are designed and detailed.
