Aashrayam: Rethinking Artistic quarters.

The project aims to create mass housing in Kumbharwada for the Kumbhar community, which migrated from Saurashtra in the 1800s. The community has preserved its identity over the years and made itself unique from the rest of Dharavi. The project also aims at preserving the culture and traditions of the community.
