Habitation Unit 2023

This project will be centered around optimum use of materials including sensitivity to embodied and operational carbon being measurable and accounted for in the design and construction process. The project explores new paradigms in how buildings can be conceived as highly optimized products that are manufactured with a full understanding of materials being up cycled by end of life considerations, reducing construction waste and creating a more responsible materials ecosystem.
