G1_P3_Resettlement and Rehabilitation of Untenable Slums

 The studio is based on housing unaffordability in Vadodara city that is there in each income group. This portfolio focuses on providing intervention for the resettlement and rehabilitation of untenable slums. There are slums on hazardous land or land that are not fit for human habitation but people continue to live on such land due to a lack of affordable housing options in the city while they live in these slums for many years they should be given an alternative in interest of their life & safety, without hampering their social capital.
