HVAC LAB

The HVAC lab focuses on understanding the basic principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanism and heat transfer that goes into designing an HVAC system through measurement and experimentation. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air - Conditioning) System help maintain good Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) through adequate ventilation with filtration & provide Thermal Comfort in a given space. The choice and design of the HVAC system can affect many other high-performance goals as these systems consume high energy. In the simulation module we understood the performance, energy consumption and optimization of these systems.
