Seams of Creativity

Here, I have taken a unique toy, that became a host-parasite model and turned it into an Artist’s Residency by using the qualities and essence that interested me. The project is located in a busy city enviornment in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The Design for art studios and exhibition spaces challenges tradition. The Subterranean Labyrinth offers a free space for artists and vistors to create, while the more traditional exhibition space is exclusive. The studios blur the line between work and rest, and the design includes steps for a different perspective and natural light through curved windows.
