The Ensconced Volume

The project traverses through the aspect of transforming architecture resulting in the transforming nature of spaces. This allows for not only quality in space but functionality as well.
This design enables a gallery space to transform into a performance area. The kinetic element acting as the roof transforms into a wall as it glides down the structural members. Its underground nature and inclined massing accentuates the play of transformation.
