Suburban land is land in momentum waiting to be part of city: The design intent prioritized the connection with ecology, community-oriented design, optimal space utilization, outdoor living, accessibility, and walkability. The arrangement of buildings and open spaces was organized in a manner that encouraged engagement and walkability while avoiding arrangements that reduced privacy and access to direct light and ventilation. A sense of relation between the built and open space was created by providing units with direct access to open spaces, making them accessible at all times, and ensuring the safety and security of the residents.
