Green Park City

“Envisioning a housing that celebrates the sense of community through a network of diverse and interactive open public spaces, unique in its character”. The design proposal includes different user groups of all ages and professions leading to exploration of wide range of typologies; ranging from luxurious 4 BHK villas, 3 BHK row houses, apartments towers. The idea is derived from the notion of suburbs; providing more open spaces with large number of amenities, abundance of nature and active community lifestyle. Focus was to create a cohesive community with equal access to private and shared open spaces.
