SUBURBAN HOUSING DESIGN

The first module gave an insight to prevalent housing typologies in the city, and how projects of different scales have been designed to offer feasible and desirable spaces to the residents. The second module allowed us to explore innovative ideas to propose such housing schemes, through which we designed various typologies like apartments, villas and row houses. The master plan was explored in depth with regards to the quality of common spaces and shared amenities, street networks, and overall layouts of residential units.
