Does only a 'new' building built from scratch make 'good' architecture? Can not the same quality be achieved by making use of the 'old'? There are many buildings around us, but few works of architecture. Most encapsulate spaces, but few have a sense of place. Given today's climate concerns, how much more can we go on building? Hence, studio plug.in works with these old buildings and strives to breathe new life into them.
