A Beginning of Affordable Scenario in Metro City

  The studio aims to teach a mechanism for development of Statutory Development Plan through various planning approaches. We experienced the same for Ahmedabad: The heritage city of India. Studio provides environment for us to think beyond the limits. Iteration vise learning process breaks the process of development plan making into 4 phases, existing situation analysis, 1st draft plan, infrastructural proposal and costing-phasing. Through the existing situation analysis preparation of development plan with different proposals to integrate land use, transport, infrastructure, housing, economy, etc.. Begins. The development plan of Ahmedabad 2041 envisions to provide housing for all, better infrastructural systems, within hint of belonging to all.
