Elements of urban design_Paldi Ward Ahemdabad

The studio is structured as an introduction to urban design representation and the design of public places. The studio is based on the premise that urban design is best understood and expressed through the study and representation of the built urban environment. The studio is structured in multiple modules running through the semester, each culminating with a review and exhibition of the outcome. The first module focuses on what is your city talking about.  The second module focuses on the urban block study and the module focus on the street design and small intervention project in the Paldi ward in Ahmadabad.
