The portfolio summarizes the Development Plan Studio 2023 and highlights the understanding the different aspects and layers of a Development Plan. As requisite for the Studio Development Plans of different cities were reviewed. In this case a literature review of Development Plan of Guwahati, Assam was done. The major Agenda of the studio was to Prepare a Draft Development plan for Bharuch-Ankleshwar (BAUDA) with the horizon year 2041. The studio was divided in four iterations beginning with the Existing situation Analysis and on later stages proposals were given for Zoning, Regulations, Phasing, Special Projects, Cost & Revenue and other considerations.
