Elements of Urban Design

Introducing the field of Urban Design, the studio was structured step by step, presenting different stages in dealing with urban issues. The portfolio consists of two projects- 'Study of Urban Block and Representation' and 'Designing Urban Space'. The block study focused on understanding the peculiar character of the block and representing it with the most effective narrative. Urban space design exercise goes deeper into the understanding and identification of urban issues and proposes a design solution that best suits the context. The studio was designed to give a quick glimpse of the processes involved in the Urban Design field.
