Bhopal - A Vibrant City

As a part of Development plan studio we were required to prepare DP for Bhopal City for horizon year of 2041. For the same, group of 11 was made to study the existing situation of Bhopal by visiting the city and different planning authorities in the city and the Iteration 1 was presented.Later 3 groups were made with 3 different concepts approaching the DP 2041. The concept of our city was vibrant. The focus was on zoning and road network which was presented in Iteration 2. The reviews were given by the faculties and detailed work on zoning, road network, DCR and 3 special projects were presented in Iteration 3 to Bhopal Town and Country Planning Department. The reviews by the planning department was incorporated with costing and phasing part and was presented to external jurors as the final presentation for development plan 2041 as proposal
