Transforming the stretch into a high street commercial destination – A vibrant and exciting street lined with shopping stores, malls, hotels, offices and restro bars by aiming to achieve permissible FSI by High Density Development Possible Scenario where 3 - 4 Plots begin to amalgamate due to the influence of Improved Street Interface and neighbouring plots getting amalgamated by tweaking the policies of setbacks and parking and incentivising densification to get the best results of regulations to achieve the desirable Built Density. Envisioning life around metro by Pedestrianizing the street and implementing tactical urbanism to provide a vibrant experience with Plaza’s interconnected to the pedestrian street with stores and restro bars around the station and Offices having their openings overlooking the transit corridor.
