Rasgatha is a modern desi Rajasthani fine dine restaurant. The idea was to revamp the image of these traditional cuisines in a way that can call a younger crowd, but still be relevant to the older generation. Since food and stories go hand in hand, the concept revolved around a traditional kathputli theatre where the story starts at the chakki and churns different on every table.
