The project is based on an understanding of bid process management and preparation of a tender document for Ahmedabad Metro Project phase-2 package C1. further, after the preparation of the tender document for the same is done, formulation of bidding strategy from contractors side is done to understand how the bidding is done. overall, understanding bid process management as a whole.
