Lack of good facilities (services/technology) available for differently abled people to facilitate self employment to provide themselves with daily wage income and become independent and respectable members of the society. People with mobility issues doing business from DIY (do it yourself) mobile business units trying to earn daily wage to earn daily bread for them and the people dependent on them.
