RAW Pressery is India's first cold pressed juice manufacturing brand, established in 2015. It is one of the fastest growing brand in India that is available at major grocery stores and through subscription in India. RAW claims that its products are cold pressed juices, protein shakes, almond milk and smoothies. Since this is a low involvement product for majority of its target audience, the aim for this pop-up store is to increase brand awareness through an infotainment experience. Thus, this temporary set-up proposed at the festival square of Phoenix Mall in Mumbai is designed to have three curated experience zones namely the Tasting, Juicing & Mixology zones such that most people would be encouraged to subscribe to the brand at the end of the journey.
