Transforming an Urban Vacuum

The spaces under flyovers all over cities are the most unused public spaces. Hence the project targets one such flyover in Ahmedabad city. By analyzing the current use of the space, the design strategy was developed. Being used by the homeless as a shelter, the project aims at providing temporary shelters to such people. Hence by accommodating them all over the city under flyovers, the design helps in eradicating approximately all the homeless people at these unused spaces.
