COMMERCIAL RETAIL BUILDING

The studio is regarding the study of Construction Project, Execution, Monitoring, and Control. In this studio we came over the construction sequence of the commercial buildings and hands-on experience with safety, quality, and material management. The study involves taking observations and provide analysis for the same and suggesting improvements wherever required. The topics covered are - Concrete Pour Planning, Tools of Quality - Control Chart, Material Management, Lean Construction Technique - Foreman Delay Survey, Line of Balance. This studio helped us to monitor the on-going activities on the construction site.
