The concept of Luxury Serviced Apartment is to combine the experience of living an elite life to the owners in a home-like environment no less than 5-star hotel living. Business professional generally prefer to do longer stay for their works. However, tariff of 5-star hotel is not cost effective for extended stay. This problem has been solved by concept of Luxury Serviced Apartment. In Studio of Project Formulation & Appraisal, various aspects were extensively studied for finding out the feasibility of the project. This portfolio covers the topics such as organization structure, work breakdown structure, project planning and demand analysis.
